Cliona spent over a year and a half coaching at Titan Fitness Camp, fine-tuning her ability to help people not just train harder, butt o bring out the best in every client. For her, there’s nothing like the moment someone achieves something they once thought impossible.
“One client couldn’t run for a single minute when we started,” she recalls. “Now they can run for 30 minutes without stopping. The joy on their faces… It was incredible.”
At Nova Fitness Retreat, you’ll most often find Cliona on the training floor — leading a sweaty Hyrox session, pushing a group through a high-intensity CrossFit WOD, or sharing a quiet word of encouragement between sets.
She’s hands-on, fully present, and genuinely invested in every step of your journey.
