Cliona brings over five years of coaching experience, including two at one of Asia’s leading transformation camps. As a certified CrossFit Level 1 coach and Hyrox athlete, she specialises in functional fitness, weight loss, and sustainable lifestyle change. Her classes are energetic, challenging, and confidence-building — designed to help guests train with intention, learn new skills, and develop strength that lasts well beyond their stay.
