Who is Nova for?
Everyone from beginners to experienced athletes, people wanting fitness, wellness, recovery, or a transformative retreat. Nova welcomes all levels.
What are the food options available?
We offer a mixture of Western and Vietnamese dishes, with healthy, macro-counted meals and no fast food or oily food, and we have a farm to plate philosophy.
There are several options to choose from for each sitting. Our packages will either include 2 or 3 daily meals depending on which one you choose, and if you purchase a day/ class pass you can purchase meals as you go.
How long can I stay?
You can as long as you like! There is no minimum or maximum stay, you can do day/week/monthly packages.
How do I pay for my package?
Upon booking, we will request a 50% deposit, and the remainder is to be paid within 30 days of your visit. We can accept payments over Wise, Stripe, Paypal, and bank transfer.
Are there activities and things to do outside of Nova?
Absolutely! Phu Quoc has been voted Asia's most beautiful island, and it is packed full of things to do, along with an onsite Padel court and Volley ball court, Phu quoc has tonnes of things to do:
1. Grand World
A vibrant entertainment complex known for its “sleepless city” vibe. Enjoy colorful streets, night shows, boat rides, shopping, and plenty of dining options all in one place.
2. Sunset Town
The most picturesque spot on the island for sunset views. With Mediterranean-style architecture, oceanfront walks, cafes, and the Kiss Bridge, it’s perfect for relaxing and taking photos.
3. VinWonders
A massive theme park offering roller coasters, water rides, adventure zones, and immersive themed worlds. Great for thrill-seekers, families, or anyone wanting a fun day out.
4. VinSafari
Vietnam’s largest open-zoo safari where you can see animals roaming in spacious, natural habitats. Includes tram rides, feeding sessions, and educational experiences.
5. Beaches
Phu Quoc is famous for its beautiful beaches — Long Beach, Sao Beach, and Ong Lang Beach are among the best for swimming, relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying beachfront cafes.
How much do you charge for massage?
We do not provide massage services directly, however we offer 10% discount vouchers for nearby massage places.
Typical prices in the area are $5–$10.
We do offer onsite healing therapies, including cupping, acupuncture, laser therapy, injury and pain rehabilitation - please enquire for the details.
Which airport should I fly into and is airport pick up/ drop off included?
Phu Quoc international airport. Yes, we offer airport pick up and drop off, charged at $20 per ride, per car (which fits up to 6 people). Please request this upon booking.
Is it easy to get around via Grab?
Yes, Grab is easy to book and widely available.
Which is the coldest month in Phu Quoc?
The coldest period is July/August, usually around 22–25°C, and mostly overcast.
How do I know which accommodation to choose?
Our standard rooms are perfect for solo travellers and couples looking for something simple, but still keeping comfort and convenience top of mind. Our standard rooms are included within the package prices, but are charged at $25 per night on their own. If you are looking for something a bit more secluded and spacious, we have upgrade options:

If Nova Elevate and Nova Burn includes only two meals a day, how do guests handle additional meals?
Guests may order extra meals at any time.
These are added to the room bill and settled every Friday or before checkout.
Do you offer laundry service?
Yes there are 3 washing machines onsite to use as self service, and no need to bring your own detergent.
What does “unlimited fitness classes” mean in the packages?
You may attend any group classes listed on our schedule, without limit.
Can we choose our personal trainer for PT sessions?
Yes. Based on your needs, we will suggest the most suitable trainer, and you are welcome to choose your preferred coach.
Are gym towels provided?
Yes, gym towels are available.
What type of travel plug do I need for Vietnam?
Vietnam uses plug types A, C, and F. The standard voltage is 220V with a frequency of 50Hz. Many hotels accept multiple plug types, but travellers are advised to bring a universal travel adapter to ensure compatibility. Most modern electronics (such as phone and laptop chargers) are dual-voltage, but always check your device before plugging it in.
