Meet Coach Leah
Coach Leah’s journey into strength wasn’t just physical, it was a complete shift in how she saw herself.
For years, training was about being thin.
Then something changed…
She discovered functional training, set real strength goals, learned new skills, and suddenly her body became something to work with, not against. That shift built confidence, power, and a kind of self-belief she now helps others find for themselves.
Leah’s coaching style is grounded, technical, and clear. With CrossFit Level 1, plus L2 & L3 PT qualifications, she teaches strength from the foundations up: movement quality, technique, and intentional progress. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just the fundamentals done exceptionally well.
“I want people to understand what their bodies are capable of,” she says.
“When you stop chasing numbers on the scale and start celebrating strength and skill, that’s when training becomes life-changing.”
For the past six years, Leah has taken this philosophy around the world: New Zealand, China, Saudi Arabia, and now Vietnam, learning how different cultures move, connect, and grow through training. Those experiences shape every session she leads at Nova: calm direction, strong technical focus, and a genuine interest in the person standing in front of her.
Her coaching has a simplicity that works: solid technique, smart progressions, and recovery built on the basics — good food, hydration, and sleep. No noise. No ego. Just consistency and care.
Ask her about her highlights and she’ll tell you it’s never just one. Coaching women in Saudi Arabia stands out — the resilience, dedication, and sense of community they built together left a lasting impression. It reminded her that strength training isn’t only about lifting weight; it’s about lifting each other.
At Nova, you’ll feel her presence right away.
Supportive. Skilled. Passionate.
A coach who truly invests in your progress, in and out of the gym — helping you move well, build strength you’re proud of, and carry that confidence far beyond your time at the retreat.
This is coaching with clarity, heart, and purpose.
This is Coach Leah.
